These terms apply to your use of this website, and using the site means you accept them. They are website terms only. The terms on which we act for a client, including fees, are agreed separately with each client in writing. If a client engagement ever conflicts with these terms, the engagement terms govern that work and these terms step aside.
Using this site
You may view, download and print anything on this site for your own lawful business use. You may not resell it, republish it as your own, or use it to build a competing service or database. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice, because a marketing site that has outlived its accuracy is worse than no site at all.

We are a broker, not a lender: credit is provided by lenders on our panel, and approval, pricing and terms are decided by them.

Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the site accurate, current and available, and we have kept it deliberately small enough to manage that. Even so, the site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, because pages can fall out of date and servers can fall over. Headline figures such as country coverage and lender panel size are reviewed periodically rather than continuously.
Intellectual property
The site and everything on it, including the design, text, graphics, code, photographs and the coverage chart, is the property of CAD Brokers Limited or is licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other rights. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. CAD Brokers and our marks may not be used without our written permission, and other product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or misleadingly. Do not introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it, including by testing it without our written permission. Do not scrape it in bulk or harvest content at scale. Do not misrepresent your identity or an affiliation with us. We reserve the right to withdraw access from anyone who does any of these things.
Links, in and out
Where the site links to other websites, it is in good faith and for convenience only. We do not endorse their content and are not responsible for it; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. If you link to this site, do it fairly and honestly: the link must not suggest partnership, approval or endorsement where there is none, and must not frame the site in a way that misleads.
